Abstract:
(DE) Verfahren zur Kühlung von Metall in einem Hüttenwerk, wobei die Kühlung in Abhängigkeit der Temperatur des Metalls derart eingestellt wird, daß das Metall eine gewünschte Solltemperatur erreicht, und wobei die Temperatur des Metalls mittels eines Temperaturmodells ermittelt bzw. vorausgeschätzt wird, wobei die Parameter des Temperaturmodells, insbesondere Wärmeübergangskoeffizienten und Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Metalls, mittels genetischer Algorithmen an die Eigenschaften des Metalls und der Kühlung im Sinne einer Optimierung angepaßt werden.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for cooling metals in a steel works. According to the method, the cooling is adjusted in accordance with the temperature of the metal in order to bring the metal to a desired temperature. The temperature of the metal is determined or estimated in advance, by means of a temperature model. The parameters of said temperature model, especially the heat transmission coefficients and the heat conductivity of the metal are adjusted by means of genetic algorithms to take into account the properties of the metal and the cooling, with the aim of optimization.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour refroidir du métal dans une usine métallurgique, le refroidissement étant ajusté en fonction de la température du métal, de sorte que le métal atteigne une température de consigne souhaitée. La température du métal est déterminée ou estimée au préalable, au moyen d'un modèle de température. Les paramètres du modèle de température, notamment le coefficient de transmission thermique et la conductivité thermique du métal, sont adaptés aux propriétés du métal et au refroidissement, à l'aide d'algorithmes génétiques, dans le but d'optimiser ledit modèle.
