Abstract:
(EN) A method and apparatus for analyzing nucleic acids includes immobilizing nucleic probes at specific sites within a microchannel structure and moving target nucleic acids into proximity to the probes in order to allow hybridization and fluorescence detection of specific target sequences.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode et un appareil permettant d'analyser des acides nucléiques, laquelle méthode consiste à immobiliser des sondes nucléiques sur des sites spécifiques d'une structure à microcanaux, et à déplacer les acides nucléiques cibles à proximité des sondes afin de permettre l'hybridation et la détection par fluorescence de séquences cibles spécifiques.
