Abstract:
(EN) Two stable cytolytic T lymphocyte cell lines and a clone are established from two primary colorectal carcinoma patients. A method for generating stable anti-colorectal carcinoma CTL clones and cell lines includes the step of stimulating the lymphocytes of a patient with minimal or no clinical evidence of colorectal carcinoma in culture with irradiated autologous primary colorectal carcinoma tumor cells, interleukin-2, and either autologous lymphocytes or autologous EBV-B cells.
(FR) Il a été constitué deux lignées cellulaires et un clone de lymphocyte thymo-dépendant cytolytique stables à partir deux patients à carcinome colo-rectal primaire. Le procédé de production de clones et de lignées cellulaires de lymphocyte T cytotoxique stables anti-carcinome colo-rectal comporte une étape consistant à stimuler les lymphocytes d'un patient à manifestation clinique minimale de carcinome colo-rectal, ou n'en présentant pas, dans une culture renfermant des cellules tumorales autologues irradiées de carcinome colo-rectal primaire, de l'interleukine 2 et, soit des lymphocytes autologues, soit des cellules autologues de virus d'Epstein-Barr transformé B (EBV-B).
