Abstract:
(EN) An electromagnetic wave shielding material comprising a rubbery or plastic material and conductive fillers such as conductive carbon and containing 4 - 16 wt. parts of sulfur based on 100 wt. parts of the rubbery or plastic material. It can cut off electromagnetic waves in a high frequency band. A sheet and a cable cover made by molding the above material and an electric wire/cable having a conductor covered with the above material have an excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and a proper flexibility to facilitate handling, contribute to space saving, and can be manufactured easily at a low cost.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau de blindage contre les ondes électromagnétiques comprenant une matière caoutchouteuse ou une matière plastique et des charges conductrices (par exemple, carbone conducteur), et contenant entre 4 et 16 parties en poids de soufre, par rapport à 100 parties en poids de matière caoutchouteuse ou de plastique. Ledit matériau assure le blindage contre les ondes électromagnétiques dans des bandes d'ondes décamétriques. L'invention concerne aussi une feuille et une enveloppe de câble que l'on moule dans le matériau et un fil/câble électrique à conducteur protégé par ce matériau, donnant un excellent blindage électromagnétique et une flexibilité adéquate pour faciliter la manipulation et favoriser le gain de place, moyennant une fabrication aisée à faible coût.
