Abstract:
(EN) Novel nitrogen-containing epoxy resin compositions suitable for photoimageable coating applications such as solder mask coating formulations are prepared by advancing an epoxy resin such as epoxy novolac resins with a nitrogen-containing compound such as diphenylmethane diisocyanate; then acrylating the advanced epoxy resin with an acrylation material such as acrylic acid, and then esterifying the advanced acrylated epoxy resin such as a novolac acrylate with an anhydride such as methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride.
(FR) Cette invention se rapporte à de nouvelles compositions à base de résines époxydes contenant de l'azote, qui sont appropriées pour être appliquées comme revêtements photo-imageables, par exemple comme formulations de revêtements de masques de soudures. On prépare ces compositions en améliorant une résine époxyde, par exemple des résines novolacs époxydes, avec un composé contenant de l'azote, par exemple du diisocyanate de diphénylméthane; puis en acrylant cette résine époxyde améliorée au moyen d'une substance d'acrylation, telle que de l'acide acrylique; et en estérifiant ensuite la résine époxyde acrylique améliorée, par exemple un acrylate novolac, avec un anydride, tel que de l'anydrure méthylhexahydrophtalique.
