Abstract:
(EN) Certain novel substituted (5,6)-dihydroanthracenyl compounds of general formula (I), wherein A, n, p, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 are as defined in the specification exhibit retinoid-like properties and are particularly useful in the prevention of post-surgical adhesions.
(FR) La présente invention concerne certains composés (5,6)-dihydroanthrencényle substitués représentés par la formule générale (I) dans laquelle R, n, p, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, et R8 sont tels que définis dans les revendications. Ces composés, qui font preuve de propriétés de type de celles des rétinoïdes, conviennent particulièrement à la prévention de la formation de brides postopératoires.
