Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a thermoformer (16) which produces zero scrap during the heating, forming and cutting of a blister package. In one embodiment, the thermoformer (16) comprises a pre-cut roll (10) having a series of adjacent webs (12) connected by a cut area (14). Each of the webs (12) are defined by an overall length L, a width W, and a radius R. Each of the cut areas (14) is defined by a cut depth D1, said cut depth D1 being in the range of about 25 % to 90 % of the width W of the webs. The thermoformer (16) further comprises a heating station (24) adapted to heat each of the webs (12). The thermoformer (16) further comprises a forming station (26) adapted to form each of the webs (12). The thermoformer (16) further comprises a cutting station (28) adapted to separate the webs (12) from each other by making a cut along each of the cut areas (14) connecting the webs (12).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un thermoformeur (16) ne produisant pas de rayures pendant le chauffage, le formage et le découpage d'emballages-coques. Dans l'une des exécutions, le thermoformeur (16) comporte un rouleau prédécoupé (10) fait de plusieurs bandes contiguës (12) reliées par une zone de coupe (14), chacune des bandes (12) étant caractérisée par sa longueur totale L, sa largeur W, et son rayon R. Chacune ses zones (14) de coupe est caractérisée par une profondeur de coupe D1 comprise entre environ 25 % et environ 90 % de la largeur W des bandes (12). Le thermoformeur (16) comporte de plus un poste de chauffage (24) conçu pour chauffer les bandes (12), un poste de formage (26) conçu pour former les bandes (12), et un poste de découpage conçu pour séparer les bandes (12) les unes des autres en pratiquant une incision le long de chacune des zones (14) de coupe reliant les bandes (12).
