Abstract:
(EN) Solid objects are formed in an imagewise layering process in which components of a dispersion (105, 106) are homogenized to form an alloy. Imagewise exposure of the layers to radiation to form an alloy permits separation of the exposed, homogenized regions (108, 108') from non-exposed, non-homogenized regions. As each layer is formed and imagewise homogenized, contiguous layer regions (109, 109') are bonded together to form a homogenized, three-dimensional object which may be separated from surrounding dispersion (106').
(FR) Des objets pleins sont formés selon un procédé d'imagerie couche par couche consistant à homogénéiser des composants en dispersion (105) pour former un alliage. L'exposition image par image des couches aux rayonnements conduisant à la formation d'un alliage permet de faire la distinction entre zones homogénéisées et exposées (108, 108') et zones non homogénéisées et non exposées. Au fur et à mesure qu'on forme chacune des couches et que l'on fait l'homogénéisation image par image, les zones de couches contiguës (109, 109') se lient entre elles jusqu'à constituer un objet tridimensionnel homogénéisé pouvant se distinguer de la soupe environnante (105).
