(FR) PROCEDE DE TRAITEMENT DES EMANATIONS GAZEUSES
Abstract:
(EN) A method of properly spraying a powdered reactant for treating an exhaust gas. Specifically, a method of spraying a powdered basic absorbent and a powder adsorbent as powdered reactants into an exhaust gas so as to remove noxious substances from an exhaust gas discharged by combustion and heating, wherein a mixture of activated carbon with an assistant is used as the powder absorbent. A powdered basic absorbent, for example, slaked lime is supplied from a slaked lime supply unit (6), and a powder adsorbent from a mixture supply unit (7), after activated carbon and the assistant have been mixed therein, to a flue (5).
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de traitement des émanations gazeuses qui consiste à pulvériser de manière adéquate un réactif en poudre. Plus précisément, cette invention concerne un procédé qui consiste à pulvériser, en qualité de réactifs en poudre, un absorbant basique en poudre et un adsorbant en poudre. L'absorbant et l'adsorbant sont pulvérisés dans les émanations gazeuses de manière à en éliminer les substances toxiques issues de la combustion et du chauffage. On utilise en qualité d'absorbant en poudre un mélange de charbon actif et d'adjuvant. L'alimentation en absorbant basique en poudre, tel que de la chaux éteinte, se fait depuis une unité d'alimentation (6) en chaux éteinte, tandis que l'adsorbant en poudre est envoyé vers un conduit de fumées (5) depuis une unité d'alimentation en mélange (7) où le charbon actif et l'adjuvant ont été mélangés.
