Abstract:
(EN) The present invention describes a chromatographic method for separating polynucleotides with improved separation and efficiency. The method uses nonporous polymeric beads having a non-reactive, non-polar surface, and made from a variety of different polymerizable monomers.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé par chromatographie permettant de séparer des nucléotides de façon améliorée et satisfaisante.
