(EN) Nanoparticle compositions can be stabilised for thermal sterilisation by soluble, iodinated X-ray contrast agents. These soluble, iodinated X-ray contrast agents afford particle size stability during heat sterilisation of nanoparticle compositions and both process and safety advantages over conventional cloud point modifiers.
(FR) L'invention concerne des compositions nanoparticulaires pouvant être stabilisées de manière à permettre une stérilisation thermique, par des substances de contraste de rayons X iodées et solubles.
