Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is broadly directed to a method for reducing autodegradation of activated protein C during processing and purification. The present invention provides aqueous activated protein C solutions and an improved method of processing of such solutions, comprising conducting such processing at an ionic strength of greater than 150 mM and at pH of about 5.5 to less than 6.3.
(FR) La présente invention concerne généralement un procédé permettant de réduire le niveau de dégradation spontanée de la protéine C activée pendant le traitement et la purification. L'invention concerne notamment des solutions aqueuses de protéine C et un perfectionnement du procédé permettant de traiter de telles solutions, et notamment de réaliser un tel traitement avec une force ionique supérieure à 150 mM pour un pH d'environ 5,5 n'excédant pas 6,3.
