(EN) The invention relates to a foodstuff looking like dough or batter or batter topped or filled with cheese, vegetable and/or meat. The batter - or components thereof - of the topped or filled foodstuff is exposed at one stage of its production, or the finished foodstuff production, to the smoke of a smoker, including a smoker producing cold smoke.
