Abstract:
(EN) A display device (100) includes, for every pixel, a current-driven light-emitting device (224), and a driving element (223) for controlling a driving current flowing through the light-emitting device in accordance with the voltage of a data signal. The display device further includes power-supply sections (13, 14) for supplying, via a power-supply wiring, power for causing the driving current to flow through the light-emitting device via the driving element, and signal wiring driving sections (11, 12) for supplying the data signal to the driving element via signal wirings (131, 132). Voltage regulating sections (16 to 23) regulate the power from the power-supply sections or the voltage of the data signal from the signal wiring driving sections, so that the quantity of the driving current flowing through the light-emitting device or the quantity of light emitted from the light-emitting device when a data signal of a predetermined voltage is supplied to the driving element via the signal wirings approaches to a predetermined reference value.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un afficheur (100) qui comporte, pour chaque pixel, un dispositif photoémetteur commandé par courant (224) et un organe de commande (223) venant réguler un courant de commande traversant le dispositif photoémetteur en fonction de la tension d'un signal données. L'afficheur comporte également, d'une part des alimentations électriques (13, 14) faisant passer, au moyen d'un câblage électrique, le courant de commande par l'organe de commande puis par le dispositif photoémetteur, et d'autre part des logiques de commande de câblages signal (11, 12) fournissant le signal données à l'organe de commande via les câblages signal (131, 132). Des régulateurs de tension (16 - 23) assurent la régulation de la tension délivrée par les alimentations, ou une régulation de la tension du signal données fourni par les logiques de commande du câblage signal, de façon que la quantité de courant de commande passant par le dispositif photoémetteur, ou que la quantité de lumière émise par le dispositif photoémetteur lorsqu'un signal données d'une tension définie est fourni à l'organe de commande via le câblage signal se rapprochent d'une valeur de référence définie.
