Abstract
(EN)
A process in the manufacturing of a plastic product in a mould (20) including a hot runner system (22) and at least one mould cavity (21). A pressurised fluid is injected through at least one fluid channel (23) to create a hollow space (1) in the product produced. The hot runner (22) is provided with at least one means (24) for volume adjustment for increasing and decreasing the volume. An amount of molten thermoplastics is injected while the volume of the hot runner (22) is decreased by means of the volume adjustment means (24). A pressurised fluid is injected after allowing the thermoplastics to solidify somewhat. The pressurised fluid forces molten thermoplastic material back into the hot runner (22) while the volume of the hot runner (22) is allowed to increase by means of the volume adjustment means (24). The thermoplastic material in the mould cavity (21) is allowed to solidify further after which the fluid is evacuated.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit plastique dans un moule (20) comprenant un système à canal de carotte chauffé (22) et au moins une empreinte (21). Un fluide sous pression est injecté par au moins un canal à fluide (23) afin de créer un espace creux (1) dans le produit fabriqué. Le canal de carotte chauffé (22) est doté d'au moins un moyen d'ajustement de volume (24) permettant d'augmenter et de réduire son volume. Une certaine quantité de thermoplastique en fusion est injectée tandis que le volume du canal de carotte chauffé (22) est réduit à l'aide du moyen d'ajustement de volume (24). Un fluide sous pression est injecté après que le thermoplastique ait eu le temps de se solidifier quelque peu. Le fluide sous pression refoule la masse thermoplastique dans le canal de carotte chauffé (22), le volume de dernier pouvant être augmenté à l'aide du moyen d'ajustement de volume (24). La masse thermoplastique dans l'empreinte (21) peut continuer à se solidifier après quoi le fluide est évacué.
