Abstract

The invention concerns a device comprising a sensor for supplying a voltage representing the relationship between an oxygen pressure reference and the oxygen pressure in a volume of the sensor and provided with electrodes (12, 14) for passing a pumping current controlling said oxygen pressure in the volume and controlling/commanding means with a digital controller (26) receiving said representative voltage on an input and for supplying the pumping current. Said controlling/commanding means supply the pumping current in the form of a continuous, gradual and non-chopped current controlled by the digital controller so as to automatically set the input voltage at a predetermined value.

Le dispositif comprend un capteur capable de fournir une tension représentative du rapport entre une pression d'oxygène de référence et la pression d'oxygène dans un volume du capteur et muni d'électrodes (12, 14) permettant de faire passer un courant de pompage contrôlant ladite pression d'oxygène dans le volume et des moyens de contrôle/commande ayant un contrôleur numérique (26) recevant ladite tension représentative sur une entrée et aptes à fournir le courant de pompage. Ces moyens de contrôle/commande fournissent le courant de pompage sous forme d'un courant à variation continue et progressive, non haché, piloté par le contrôleur numérique de façon à asservir la tension d'entrée à une valeur déterminée.
