Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for measuring the volume of flowing substances, in particular fuel, by means of a screw spindle volumeter, comprising the following steps: detection of the rotatin of a screw spindle by means of a sensor and production of impulses, the temporal sequence of which is representative of the angular speed of the screw spindle; repeated measuring of the time interval between succcessive impulses; depending on the measured time interval, selection of a volume value that is predetermined for the corresponding time interval, whereby the volume value is representative of the volume flowing through the volumeter, at the corresponding angular speed of the spindle, per determined angle of rotation of the spindle, addition of the volume values selected successively for different time interval measurements, and establishing and, preferably, display of a total volume value, based on the sum obtained by continuous addition of the volume values during the entire measuring of volume.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de mesurer le volume de substances en écoulement, notamment de carburant, à l'aide d'un système volumétrique à tige filetée, qui comprend les étapes suivantes: détection des rotations d'une tige filetée à l'aide d'un détecteur et production d'impulsions dont la suite temporelle est représentative de la vitesse angulaire de la tige filetée; mesure renouvelée de la durée entre les impulsions successives; en fonction de la durée mesurée, sélection d'une valeur de volume prédéterminée pour la durée correspondante, la valeur de volume étant représentative du volume s'écoulant à travers le système volumétrique, à la vitesse angulaire correspondante de la tige par angle de rotation déterminé de ladite tige; addition des valeurs de volume sélectionnées successivement pour différentes mesures de durée et établissement, et de préférence, affichage d'une valeur de volume global, sur la base de la somme obtenue par addition en continu des valeurs de volume, pendant l'ensemble de la mesure de volume.
(DE) Verfahren zur Volumenmessung strömender Medien, insbesondere von Kraftstoff, mittels eines Schraubenspindel-Volumeters, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist: Detektieren der Umdrehungen einer Schraubenspindel mittels eines Sensors und Erzeugen von Impulsen, deren zeitliche Aufeinanderfolge repräsentativ für die Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Schraubenspindel ist, wiederholtes Messen der Zeitdauer zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Pulsen, in Abhängigkeit der jeweils gemessenen Zeitdauer, Auswählen eines für die entsprechende Zeitdauer vorbestimmten Volumenwertes, wobei der Volumenwert repräsentativ für das bei der entsprechenden Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Spindel pro festgelegtem Umdrehungswinkel der Spindel durch das Volumeter strömende Volumen ist, Addieren der nacheinander für unterschiedliche Zeitdauermessungen ausgewählten Volumenwerte, und Erstellen und vorzugsweise Anzeigen eines Gesamtvolumenwertes, basierend auf der sich während der gesamten Volumenmessung durch fortlaufendes Addieren der Volumenwerte ergebenden Summe.
