(EN)The invention relates to methods and means for coding and decoding information. The method for encoding a message comprising a first set (Y) of binary digits, each said binary digit having a first value ('0') or a second value ('1') comprises the steps of: receiving (S200) a first set of bits (Y); generating (S220-S370, Fig. 3B, 3C) a second set (E) of bits (ei, ei+1) in response to the first set of bits (Y); and selecting the values of bits (ei, ei+1) in the second set (E) such that the number of bits having the first binary value in the second set (E) is higher than the number of bits having the first binary value in the first set (Y).
