Title (EN) OPTICAL SYSTEM HAVING AN INCREASED ANGULAR SCAN RANGE
(FR) SYSTEME OPTIQUE PRESENTANT UNE PLAGE ANGULAIRE DE BALAYAGE AUGMENTEE
Abstract: front page image
(EN)The invention relates to an optical system (1) comprising a radiation source (3) for supplying a radiation beam, and means for providing the radiation beam with a scanning movement through an angular range $g(D)$g(U). The light path of the scanning radiation beam incorporates at least one set of two optical interfaces (9, 11). The two interfaces (9, 11) mutually enclose an angle $g(a) and enclose a material having a refractive index n which is different from that of its surroundings.
