Abstract
(EN) A lubricating oil composition which comprises (A) a refrigerant comprising a hydrocarbon having 1 to 8 carbon atoms as the main component and (B) a base oil comprising a hydrocarbon exhibiting a degree of non-aromatic unsaturation of 10 % or below and a kinematic viscosity of 5 mm2/s or above at 100 °C or a polyalkylene glycol derivative represented by general formula (I): R1O-(PO)a-(EO)b-R2 (wherein R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, C1-C10 alkyl or C2-C10 acyl; PO is oxypropylene; EO is oxyethylene; and a and b are positive numbers including 0 and satisfying the relationship: 2 $m(F) a + b $m(F) 80); satisfying one of three specific formulae and exhibiting a kinematic viscosity of 5 to 200 mm2/s at 100 °C. This composition can attain effective lubrication in compression refrigeration cycles wherein refrigerants comprising hydrocarbons as the main component are used, thus improving the wear resistance, stability, lubrication performance and sealing properties and refrigeration efficiency.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une composition d'huile lubrifiante qui comprend les éléments suivants: (A) un réfrigérant comprenant en qualité de composant principal un hydrocarbure ayant de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone; et (B) une huile de base, laquelle comprend un hydrocarbure qui possède un degré d'insaturation non aromatique de 10 % ou moins et une viscosité cinématique de 5 mm2/s ou plus à 100 °C ou, encore, un dérivé de glycol de polyalkylène correspondant à la formule générale (I) qui répond à l'une de trois formules spécifiques et qui possède une viscosité cinématique de 5 à 200 mm2/s à 100 °C. Dans la formule (I), R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment hydrogène, alkyle C1-C10 ou acyle C2-C10, tandis que PO représente oxypropylène, que EO représente oxyéthylène, et que a et b représentent des nombres positifs, y compris 0, et sont fonction de la relation 2 $m(F) a + b $m(F) 80. Cette composition permet d'assurer une lubrification efficace lors de cycles de réfrigération par compression. L'utilisation de réfrigérants contenant des hydrocarbures comme composant principal permet d'améliorer la résistance à l'usure, la stabilité, les performances de lubrification, les propriétés d'étanchéification, ainsi que l'efficacité de la réfrigération.
