Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I): Fm(-A1) (-Bn) (-Wo), worin F ein Farbstoff-Signalmolekül ist, welches mindestens ein Absorptionsmaximum im Bereich von 600 bis 1200 nm aufweist; A ein an $g(b)-Amyloid-Plaques bindendes Biomolekül ist; B ein an $g(b)-Amyloid-Plaques bindender Farbstoff ist; W ein an $g(b)-Amyloid-Plaques bindendes hydrophiles, niedermolekulares Strukturelement ist; sowie die Verwendung dieser Verbindungen zur In-vivo- und In-vitro-Diagnostik neurodegenerativer Krankheiten, wie der Alzheimerschen Krankheit, mittels Nahinfrarot-Strahlung (NIR-Strahlung) als Konstrastmittel in der Fluoreszenz- und Transilluminationsdiagnostik im NIR-Bereich und diese Verbindungen enthaltende diagnostische Mittel.
(EN) The invention relates to compounds of formula (I): Fm(-A1) (-Bn) (-WO) wherein F is a colorant-signal molecule with a maximum absorption value ranging from 600 - 1200 nm; A is a $g(b)-amyloid plaque binding biomolecule; B is a $g(b)-amyloid plaque binding colorant; and W is a $g(b)-amyloid plaque binding hydrophilic low-molecular structural element. The invention also describes the use of these compounds in in vivo and in vitro diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease by means of near infra-red radiation (NIR radiation) as a contrasting agent in fluorescence and transillumination diagnosis in the NIR range. Diagnostic agents containing said components are also disclosed.
(FR) L'invention concerne des composés de formule générale (I): Fm(-A1) (-Bn) (-Wo), dans laquelle F est une molécule signal de colorant présentant au moins une valeur d'absorption maximale comprise entre 600 et 1200 nm; A est une biomolécule se fixant sur les plaques de $g(b)-amyloïde; B est un colorant se fixant sur les plaques de $g(b)-amyloïde; W est un élément structural de faible poids moléculaire, hydrophile, se fixant sur les plaques de $g(b)-amyloïde. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces composés pour le diagnostic in vivo et in vitro de maladies neurodégénératives, telles que la maladie d'Alzheimer, au moyen d'un rayonnement infrarouge proche servant d'agent de contraste dans le diagnostic par fluorescence et transillumination dans le domaine de l'infrarouge proche. L'invention concerne enfin des agents de diagnostic contenant lesdits composés.
