L'invention concerne un polymère de norbornène présentant des unités répétées dérivées d'un monomère de norbornène dans son squelette, un poids moléculaire moyen au poids (Mw) compris entre 10 000 et 1 000 000, le rapport entre le poids moléculaire moyen au poids (Mw) et le poids moléculaire moyen au nombre (Mn), Mw/Mn, étant compris entre 1,60 et 1,95, ainsi que son procédé de préparation.
