Zur Bildung schneller Drehwinkelsensoren ist es bekannt, sog. CCD-Zeilen einzusetzen, bei denen die durch eine Codierscheibe gesteuerte Lichtverteilung (L) mit einer Pixelzeile (11) gemessen und durch eine Auswerteeinrichtung in entsprechende Digitalwerte umgesetzt wird. Die vorliegende Erfindung hat zur Aufgabe, einen Positionssensor mit hoher Auflösung zu schaffen. Hierzu schlägt die Erfindung eine Reihe von Maßnahmen vor: wie Impulsbetrieb der Lichtquelle, Verwendung einer digitalen Codierung des Codierelementes. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen beschäftigen sich mit der Auswahl eines Maximalcodes und mit der genaueren Bestimmung des durch den gefundenen Digitalwert festgelegten groben Positionswertes. Eine weitere Verbesserung der Meßgenauigkeit läßt sich durch eine Verlagerung der Codespur bzw. mehrere radial ineinander liegende Codespuren erreichen.

It is common knowledge that so-called CCD lines are used to build faster rotational angle sensors, whereby the light distribution (L) controlled by a disk containing a coded pattern is measured by a pixel line (11) and converted to digital values by an evaluation device. The present invention seeks to create a positional sensor with enhanced resolution. To this end it proposes to undertake several measures such as conducting a pulsed operation of the light source and using a digital code in the coded element. Other advantageous designs deal with the selection of a maximum code and with a more accurate determination of the coarse position value determined by the digital value obtained. The measuring precision can be further enhanced by displacing the code track or various radially incident code tracks.

Selon un procédé connu, pour former des capteurs d'angle de rotation rapide, on utilise ce que l'on appelle des lignes de CCD, dans lesquelles la diffusion de la lumière (L) commandée par un disque de codage est mesurée avec une ligne de pixels (11) et est convertie par un dispositif d'évaluation en valeurs numériques correspondantes. L'objectif de la présente invention est la création d'un capteur de position à résolution accrue. A cet effet, il est proposé plusieurs solutions telles que l'utilisation en mode impulsionnel de la source lumineuse et l'utilisation d'un codage numérique de l'élément de codage. Les développements avantageux de cette invention concernent la sélection d'un code maximal et la détermination plus précise de la valeur de position grossière donnée par la valeur numérique trouvée. Une autre augmentation de la précision de mesure peut être obtenue par un décalage de la piste de code ou de plusieurs pistes de code radialement incidentes.
