The present invention relates to a method for stabilising fats, oils, unsaturated compounds and products containing the same, wherein said method comprises mixing the above-mentioned elements with an organic antioxidant and a synergetic agent. This invention also relates to a stabilising composition that uses as an antioxidant one or more compounds selected from the group comprising aromatic oxyamines, aminophenoxylanes, hydroxynoline or derivatives thereof and ascorbic acid or derivatives thereof. This composition also uses as a synergetic agent one or more ethanolamides of fatty acids, wherein the wt % ratio between the antioxidant and the synergetic agent is (2-95):(5-98).

Cette invention concerne un procédé de stabilisation de graisses, d'huiles, de composés non saturés et de produits les contenant, lequel procédé consiste à mélanger ces éléments à un antioxydant organique et à un agent synergique. Cette invention concerne également une composition de stabilisation, laquelle comprend en qualité d'antioxydant au moins un composé choisi dans le groupe comprenant des aminophénoxylanes, un hydroxynoline ou ses dérivés, de l'acide ascorbique ou ses dérivés et, enfin, des oxyamines aromatiques. Cette composition comprend en qualité d'agent synergique un ou plusieurs éthanolamides d'acides gras, étant entendu que le rapport en poids entre l'antioxydant et l'agent synergique est de (2-95):(5-98).
