Title
(EN) FISH SPINAL BONE REMOVAL TOOL
(FR) OUTIL POUR ENLEVER L'ARETE CENTRALE D'UN POISSON
Abstract
(EN)
A fish spinal bone removal tool has a handle attached to a shaft at the end of which is provided a detachable ring that allows removal of spines from fish. A set of variously sized rings are provided to accommodate the removal of different spinal sizes. In use, the ring is inserted at the base of the spinal column at the gills of the fish, from which the head, tail and gut are removed, and pushed down for the entire length of the spine thus separating the flesh therefrom.
(FR)
