The invention concerns carbamoyl carboxylic acid amine oximes of the formula (I), plus their salts, in which the variables are defined as follows: R1 stands for optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl; an optionally substituted non-aromatic 4- to 8-membered carbocyclic or heterocyclic group; optionally substituted aryl, heteroaryl; a W1W2C=N- group (W1 = optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl and W2 = H, W1); R2 stands for H or optionally halogenated alkyl, cycloalkyl; R3 stands for optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl; R4 stands for H or one of the groups given for R3, or R3 and R4 together with the C-atom to which they are bound are an optionally substituted 4- to 8-membered carbocyclic or heterocyclic group; R5 stands for an R2 group; A stands for optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl; Y stands for H, optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl; Z stands for optionally substituted alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl; n stands for 0, 1 or 2; Ar stands for optionally substituted aryl, heteroaryl; m stands for 0, 1 or 2. The invention also concerns agents containing such compounds and their use in the control of fungus pests.

L'invention concerne des amidoximes d'acide carbamoylcarboxylique de la formule (I), ainsi que leurs sels, formule dans laquelle les variables ont la signification suivante: R1 représente alkyle éventuellement substitué, alcényle, alkinyle, cycloalkyle, cycloalcényle; un groupe hétérocyclique ou carbocyclique de 4 à 8 éléments, non aromatique éventuellement substitué; aryle éventuellement substitué, hétéroaryle; un groupe W1W2C=N- (dans lequel W1 représente alkyle éventuellement substitué, alcényle, alkinyle, cycloalkyle, cycloalcényle, aryle, hétéroaryle et W2 représente H, W1); R2 représente H ou alkyle éventuellement halogéné, cycloalkyle; R3 représente alkyle éventuellement substitué, cycloalkyle; R4 représente H ou un des groupes donnés pour R3, ou bien R3 et R4 représentent avec l'atome de C auquel ils sont liés un groupe hétérocyclique ou carbocyclique de 4 à 8 éléments; R5 représente un groupe R2; A représente alkyle éventuellement substitué, cycloalkyle; Y représente H, alkyle éventuellement substitué, cycloalkyle, aryle; Z représente alkyle éventuellement substitué, alcoxy cycloalkyle; n vaut 0, 1 ou 2; Ar représente aryle éventuellement substitué, hétéroaryle; m vaut 0, 1 ou 2.
