Abstract

The light source (1) is connected to the interior of the light-transmitting material (9), the light rays (4) inside the light-transmitting material are fully reflected from its common and boundary surfaces (2, 3) and in places (6), suitably formed by a set of grooves or applications of optically-active material the light rays (4) are emitted from the boundary surfaces (2, 3) into the surrounding environment (9), optically distinct from the light-transmitting material (5) as exit rays (7, 8), which are observable in the surrounding environment (9) as an illuminated image.

La source de lumière (1) est connectée à l'intérieur du matériau transmettant la lumière (9). Les rayons lumineux (4) à l'intérieur du matériau transmettant la lumière sont entièrement réfléchis à partir des surfaces communes et de bord (2, 3) et dans des emplacements (6) formés, de manière appropriée, par un ensemble de rainures ou d'applications d'un matériau optiquement actif. Les rayons lumineux (4) sont émis à partir des surfaces de bord (2, 3) dans l'environnement proche (9), distinct, du point de vue optique, du matériau transmettant la lumière (5), sous forme de rayons de sortie (7, 8) qui sont visibles dans l'environnement proche (9) sous forme d'une image éclairée.
