Abstract

An adhesive layer (AS) is formed between a first substrate (6) and a second substrate (9) and the first substrate (6) and the second substrate (9) are joined to manufacture a disc (OD). Various conditions such as the temperature (T) are controlled in accordance with the thickness ($g(D)D) of the adhesive layer of the manufactured optical disc to vary the viscosity ($g(n)) of the adhesive (PP) depending on the respective processes. High quality optical discs can be stably manufactured and, further, the operation efficiency of a manufacturing apparatus can be improved. The laminated optical disc (OD) whose adhesive layer (AS) is free from voids can be stably manufactured.

Une couche adhésive (AS) est formée entre un premier substrat (6) et un second substrat (9); on joint le premier substrat (6) au second substrat (9) pour fabriquer un disque (OD). Des paramètres tels que la température (T) sont réglés en fonction de l'épaisseur ($g(D)D) de la couche adhésive du disque optique à fabriquer afin de modifier la viscosité ($g(n)) de l'adhésif (PP) en fonction des procédés correspondants. Cela permet de produire de façon stable des disques optiques de qualité supérieure et d'améliorer l'efficacité de l'appareil de fabrication. Le disque optique stratifié (OD) dont la couche adhésive (AS) est exempte de porosités peut ainsi être fabriqué de façon stable.
