Vorrichtung zum lösbaren/unlösbaren Endlosschließen von Stahlseilgurten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stahlseilgurtenden (20, 21; Fig. 24, 25, 45) stumpf (gegenläufig 180 Grad) aufeinander treffen. Die in der Mitte des Gurtes einvulkanisierten Stahlseile (24, 161; Fig. 24, 25, 45) tangieren einen Körper und umschlingen weiter (gegenläufig 180 Grad) diesen Körper. Die Stahlseile werden anschließend als Schlingen auf zwei Rohre gelegt und mit Seilklemmen oder Klemmplatten verklemmt - lösbare Verbindung. Nach Einhausung der Körper und Verguß mit einem 2-Komponentenkleber - unlösbare Verbindung.

The invention relates to a device for detachable and undetachable endless connection of steel cord belts, characterised in that said steel cord belts (20, 21; Fig. 24, 25, 45) meet flush with each other (at 180 degrees in opposing directions). The steel cords (24, 161; Fig. 24, 25, 45) vulcanised at the centre of the belt are tangent to a structure and continue to wrap around (at 180 degrees in opposing directions) said structure. Said steel cords are subsequently mounted in the form of loops on two tubes and locked with cord clamps or clamping plates (detachable connection). The structures are subsequently housed and sealed with a two-constituent adhesive (undetachable connection).

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour créer un liaison sans fin détachable et non détachable entre des courroies à carcasse métallique, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des courroies à carcasse métallique (20, 21; Fig. 24, 25, 45) sont mises bout à bout (en sens opposé à 180°). Les câbles métalliques (24, 161; Fig. 24, 25, 45) incorporés par vulcanisation au centre de la sangle sont tangents par rapport à un corps et enveloppent ce corps (en sens opposé à 180°). Les câbles métalliques sont ensuite placés en boucles sur deux tubes et serrés avec des colliers ou des plaques de serrage (liaison détachable). Après introduction des corps dans un boîtier, on effectue un scellement avec un adhésif à deux composants (liaison non détachable).
