Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a chicken embryo lethal orphan (CELO) virus obtained by $i(in vitro) manipulation of plasmid-cloned CELO virus DNA. Said virus is suitable for production of vectors for gene therapy and as a vaccine against infectious diseases in humans and animals, in particular birds.
(FR) L'invention concerne un virus CELO obtenu par manipulation $i(in vitro) d'ADN de virus CELO cloné à partir d'un plasmide. Ledit virus s'utilise pour la préparation de vecteurs destinés à la thérapie génique ainsi que sous forme de vaccins contre les maladies infectieuses chez l'homme et les animaux, notamment chez les oiseaux.
