(EN)This invention describes a new method of vaccination for the effective generation of an antigen-specific immune response. More particularly, this invention describes the use of heterologous vaccination vectors for eliciting an enhanced immune response. Methods of treatment and prevention of diseases using the vaccination schemes of the invention are also provided.
(FR)L'invention se rapporte à une nouvelle méthode de vaccination destinée à provoquer efficacement une réaction immunitaire spécifique d'un antigène. Plus particulièrement, cette invention se rapporte à l'utilisation de vecteurs de vaccination hétérologues pour provoquer une réaction immunitaire améliorée.
