A suction silencer system for a refrigeration compressor is disclosed, the system includes a suction silencer (3, 4) consisting of a body (4) divided by a partition (40) into two chambers coupled together via a coupling tube (42), and a cover (3) with a loading tube (30) for feeding a coolant gas into the first chamber, and an inlet pipe (31) for connecting the second chamber to the suction portion of the cylinder head (5). The volume ratio is determined in such a way that the acoustic energy is attenuated at a frequency of around 500 Hz. A chamber (10) connected in parallel on the suction path is also used as a resonator to improve attenuation in the acoustic spectrum. The system is particularly useful in reciprocal, single-cylinder, hermetic and low-power compressors.

L'invention concerne un système de silencieux d'aspiration pour motocompresseur de réfrigération. Ce système comprend un silencieux d'aspiration (3, 4) formé d'un corps (4), séparé par une cloison (40) en deux chambres couplées entre elles par un tube de couplage (42), et d'un couvercle (3) portant un tube de charge (30) pour introduire le gaz réfrigérant dans la première chambre et une pipe d'amenée (31) pour relier la seconde chambre à la partie aspiration de la culasse (5). Le rapport en volume des deux chambres est de l'ordre de 1, ce rapport en volume est déterminé pour obtenir une atténuation de l'énergie acoustique aux alentours d'une fréquence de 500 Hz. On utilise en outre une chambre (10) reliée en parallèle sur le trajet d'aspiration comme résonateur, pour améliorer l'atténuation dans le spectre acoustique. L'invention s'applique notamment aux motocompresseurs alternatifs, monocylindre, hermétiques et de petite puissance.
