Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von warmgewalztem Stahlband aus einem stranggegossenen Halbzeug in direkt aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsschritten, bei dem nach Umwandlung des flüssigen Stahls in das stranggegossene Halbzeug in einem stationären Prozeß das Halbzeug ohne vorherige Trennung aus der Stranggießmaschine heraus direkt in ein kontinuierliches Warmwalzwerk eingeführt wird und unter Anwendung bestimmter Parameter ein endloses, beliebig dünnes Stahlband mit den verfahrenstechnisch üblichen Endwalztemperaturen direkt aus der Primärhitze heraus produziert wird.

The invention concerns a method of producing hot-rolled steel strip from continuously cast semi-finished steel in operating steps which follow one another directly. According to the invention, when the liquid steel has been transformed into the semi-finished steel in a stationary process, the semi-finished steel is introduced directly into a continuous hot-rolling mill without previously being separated from the continuous casting machine. By applying specific parameters, continuous steel strip of any thickness is then produced directly using the primary heat at the final rolling temperatures conventional in industrial processes.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un feuillard d'acier laminé à chaud à partir d'un demi-produit coulé en continu, dans des étapes se succédant sans interruption. Selon ce procédé, après transformation de l'acier liquide en un demi-produit coulé en continu dans un processus stationnaire, le demi-produit, sans être séparé auparavant de la machine de coulée en continu, est introduit directement dans un laminoir à chaud fonctionnant en continu. Ensuite, au moyen de paramètres déterminés, un feuillard d'acier sans fin, d'épaisseur voulue, est produit à des températures finales de laminage usuelles dans ce domaine, directement à partir de la chaleur primaire.
