Bei dem vorgeschlagenen Verfahren zur Erkennung von durch Bewegungen des Patienten oder dessen Umgebung verursachten Störsignalen bei der pulsoxymetrischen Messung der arteriellen Sauerstoffsättigung wird die Intensität des aus dem Messobjekt austretenden Lichtes mit zwei Fotodioden (7, 8) gemessen. Die an diesen Fotodioden (7, 8) erzeugten Signale (S1, S2) werden auf gleiche Niveaus ihrer DC-Anteile normiert. Schliesslich werden zur Erkennung von bewegungsbedingten Störsignalen die Differenzen ($g(D)Sn) dieser normierten Signale (S1n, S2n) gebildet.

The invention concerns a method of detecting parasitic signals caused by movements of the patient or his environment during pulsoxymetric measurement of the saturation with oxygen of the arterial blood. According to this method, the intensity of the light emerging from the object to be measured is measured using two photodiodes (7, 8). The signals (S1, S2) generated at these photodiodes (7, 8) are normalized to the same level of their DC portions. Finally, the differences ($g(D)Sn) of these normalized signals (S1n, S2n) are formed in order to detect parasitic signals caused by movement.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de signaux parasites induits par des mouvements du patient ou de son entourage, lors de mesures pulsoxymétriques de la saturation en oxygène du sang artériel. L'intensité de la lumière sortant de l'objet à mesurer est mesurée à l'aide de deux photodiodes (7, 8). Les signaux (S1, S2) produits au niveau de ces photodiodes (7, 8) sont normalisés au même niveau que celui de leurs composantes de courant continu. Pour finir, les différences ($g(D)Sn) de ces signaux (S1n, S2n) normalisés sont formées pour identifier des signaux parasites induits par les mouvements.
