Abstract
(DE) Eine Elektronenstrahlanlage zum Aushärten von Kunststoffschichten auf Werkstücken weist eine Bestrahlungskammer (2), einen Elektronenstrahlerzeuger (3), eine Transportvorrichtung (4) zum Fördern von Werkstücken in die Bestrahlungskammer, und eine Abschirmung (8) als Strahlungsschutz auf. Um einen hohen Durchsatz an Werkstücken und eine gute Abschirmung zu erreichen, sind zwei oder mehr in bezug auf die Transportvorrichtung bewegbare Absperrvorrichtungen (26) vorgesehen, die jeweils als Strahlungsschutz an der Transportvorrichtung vor und nach der Bestrahlungskammer angeordnet sind, und zwar unter Abstand in Förderrichtung der Transportvorrichtung so, daß zumindest ein Werkstück zwischen zwei Absperrvorrichtungen paßt.
(EN) Described is an electron bombardment installation for curing plastic coatings on workpieces, the installation having a workpiece-irradiation chamber (2), an electron gun (3), a conveyor (4) to convey the workpieces into the workpiece-irradiation chamber, and a shield (8) to provide protection against radiation. In order to ensure a high workpiece throughput and good shielding, the installation is fitted with two or more locking devices (26) which can be moved with respect to the direction in which the workpieces are being conveyed and which are located on the conveyor, before and after the workpiece-irradiation chamber, for radiation-protection purposes, the distance along the conveyor between the locking devices being such that at least on workpiece fits between two locking devices.
(FR) Cette installation de bombardement électronique pour durcissement de couches de matières plastiques sur des pièces, présente une chambre d'irradiation (2), un canon à électrons (3), un dispositif de transport (4) pour acheminer les pièces dans la chambre d'irradiation, ainsi qu'un blindage (8) servant de protection contre les faisceaux. Afin d'assurer un débit de pièces élevé et un bon blindage, il est prévu au moins deux dispositif de blocage (26) qui peuvent être déplacés par rapport au sens de transport, sont disposés sur le dispositif de transport, en aval et en amont de la chambre d'irradiation, pour servir de protection contre les faisceaux, et sont espacés dans le sens de transport de sorte qu'au moins une pièce puisse être placée entre deux dispositifs de blocage.
