Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing compacted graphite cast iron using a thermal analysis step, where a) one or two sample vessels, where the inner surface is partially coated with a material, which will lower the concentration of dissolved elementary magnesium, and partially coated with a relatively inert coating; and b) at least three temperature responsive means, of which at least one is arranged in the centre of the vessel/vessels, at least one is placed close to the coating affecting the level of dissolved elementary magnesium, and at least one is situated close to the relatively inert coating, are used.
(FR) Procédé d'obtention d'une coulée de fonte graphitée compactée faisant appel à une étape d'analyse thermique dans laquelle a) on utilise un ou deux pots de prélèvement d'échantillon dont la face interne est revêtue en partie d'une matière tendant à abaisser la concentration du magnésium élémentaire dissous et en partie d'un revêtement relativement inerte; et b) au moins trois dispositifs réagissant à la température, dont l'un au moins est placé au centre du pot ou des pots, un autre à proximité du revêtement ayant une incidence sur le taux de magnésium élémentaire dissous et le dernier à proximité du revêtement relativement inerte.
