Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Scheibenwischeranlage für ein Fahrzeug mit einem Träger für einen einen Wischermotor, ein Getriebe und einen Hebelarm aufweisenden Antrieb und zwei im Abstand zu diesem angeordneten Lagerböcken, in denen jeweils die mit einem Schwenkhebel versehene Antriebswelle eines Wischerarmes angeordnet ist, wobei die Schwenkhebel mit dem Hebelarm über ein Antriebsgestänge verbunden sind. Sie löst die Aufgabe, diese Scheibenwischeranlage so aufzubauen, daß sie mit reduziertem Aufwand und damit kostengünstig herstellbar ist und ein Herstellungsverfahren anzugeben. Dazu weist der Träger (1) ein durch Innenhochdruckverformung hergestelltes Formteil mit integrierten Lagerböcken (2) und integrierter Antriebshalterung (3) auf. Zur Herstellung wird ein rohrförmiges Halbzeug (16) in eine mehrteilige Druckform (17; 18) mit einer die Gestalt des zu formenden Trägers (1) umschließenden Andruckfläche (17a; 18a) gegeben, in der radial zur Längsachse (A) Ausbuchtungen (19; 20 und 21; 22) angeordnet sind, und anschließend in seinem Innern hochdruckbeaufschlagt, wodurch die Rohrwandung allseitig an die Andruckfläche (17a; 18a) gepreßt und in die Ausbuchtungen (19; 20 und 21; 22) getrieben wird.
(EN) The invention concerns a vehicle windscreen-wiper system with a mounting for a drive comprising a wiper motor, a gear unit and a lever arm, the installation also having two bearing brackets spaced a certain distance apart and, in each bearing bracket, a wiper-arm drive shaft with an oscillating lever connected to the lever arm by a link rod. The aim of the invention is to design a windscreen-wiper system of this kind so that it is less complex and hence less expensive to manufacture, as well as to propose a method of manufacturing it. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the mounting (1) has a part, shaped by high-pressure internal upsetting, with integral bearing brackets (2) and an integral drive mounting (3). The mounting is manufactured by placing a tubular blank (16) in a multi-part pressure mould (17; 18) with a contact surface (17a; 18a) corresponding to the shape of the mounting (1) to be manufactured and which includes recesses (19; 20 and 21; 22) extending out radially from its longitudinal axis (A). The interior is placed under high pressure, thus forcing the whole of the tubular wall of the blank against the contact surface (17a; 18a) and into the recesses (19, 20 and 21; 22).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'essuie-glace pour véhicule, comportant un support destiné à un organe d'entraînement comprenant un moteur d'essuie-glace, un engrenage et un bras de levier. Ce système comporte également deux supports de paliers espacés par rapport audit système, dans chacun desquels est disposé l'arbre d'entraînement d'un bras de monture d'essuie-glace, muni d'un levier oscillant. Les leviers oscillants sont raccordés au bras de levier par des tringleries d'entraînement. L'invention vise à concevoir un système d'essuie-glace, pouvant être produit facilement et de façon économique, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication dudit système. A cet effet, le support (1) présente une pièce moulée produite par déformation interne à haute pression, avec des supports de paliers intégrés (2) et un support d'entraînement intégré (3). Le procédé de production de ce support (1) consiste à placer un produit semi-fini tubulaire (16) dans un moule de compression (17; 18) en plusieurs parties, comportant une surface d'appui (17a; 18a) qui correspond à la forme du support à mouler et qui comprend des évidements (19; 20 et 21; 22) dans le sens radial par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (A). Ensuite, l'intérieur du support (1) est soumis à une pression élevée qui comprime l'ensemble de la paroi du tube contre la surface d'appui (17a; 18a) et dans les évidements (19; 20 et 21; 22).
