Abstract
(DE) Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Ändern der Transportrichtung von seriell transportierten rechteckigen Einzelblättern (10) in einer Blattumlenkstation, die mindestens eine Einlaufbahn (16) mit mindestens zwei Auslaufbahnen verbindet, hat die Umlenkstation zwei zueinander parallele im wesentlichen rechteckige flächige Führungselemente (46), die einen Führungsspalt (48) zur Aufnahme eines Blattes (10) zwischen sich begrenzen, wobei der Führungsspalt (48) an einer Rechteckseite an die Einlaufbahn (16) und an mindestens zwei weiteren Rechteckseiten an die Auslaufbahnen angeschlossen ist. Eines der Führungselemente (46) hat mindestens eine Durchbrechung (54), in die eine Reibrolle (56) mit ihrer Umfangsfläche eingreift, die zur Anlage an einem in dem Führungsspalt (48) befindlichen Blatt (10) bestimmt ist und die in einer Gabel (58) um eine zur Ebene der Führungselemente (46) parallele Achse (60) drehbar gelagert und mittels eines Rollenantriebes (72, 74) antreibbar ist. Die Gabel (58) ist um eine zur Ebene der Führungselemente (46) senkrechte Schwenkachse (66) schwenkbar gelagert und durch einen Gabelantrieb (68) zwischen zwei zueinander senkrechten Endstellungen verschwenkbar.
(EN) The invention relates to a device for changing the direction of conveyance of single, rectangular sheets (10) conveyed in series in a sheet-turning station connecting at least one feed belt (6) to at least two discharge belts. The turning station has two substantially rectangular, flat, parallel guide members (46) which delimit a guide gap (48) for holding a sheet (10) therebetween, said guide gap (48) being attached on one rectangular side to the feed belt (16) and on at least two other rectangular sides to the discharge belts. One of the guide members (46) has at least one opening (54) in which a friction roller (56) engages with its peripheral surface, is intended to be positioned on a sheet (10) in the guide gap (48), is mounted in a fork (58) to be pivotable about an axis (60) parallel to the plane of the guide members (46), and can be driven using a roller drive (72, 74). The fork (58) is mounted to be pivotable about an axis (66) of rotation perpendicular to the plane of the guide members (46) and can be pivoted by a fork drive (68) between two perpendicular end positions.
(FR) Dispositif de changement de la direction d'acheminement de feuilles rectangulaires individuelles (10) transportées en série dans un poste de changement de direction, reliant au moins une bande d'admission (16) à au moins deux bandes de déchargement, dans lequel le poste de changement de direction présente deux éléments de guidage plans rectangulaires (48), sensiblement parallèles entre eux, délimitant une fente de guidage (48) destinée à recevoir une feuille (10) entre eux, ladite fente (48) étant reliée sur un côté rectangulaire, à la bande d'admission (16), et sur au moins deux autres côtés rectangulaires, aux bandes de déchargement. L'un des éléments de guidage (46) présente au moins une ouverture (54) dans laquelle s'engage, par sa surface périphérique, un galet de friction (56) destiné à s'appliquer sur une feuille (10) se trouvant dans la fente de guidage (48), est monté dans une fourche (58), de façon mobile en rotation autour d'un axe (60) parallèle au plan des éléments de guidage (46) et est entraîné au moyen d'un système d'entraînement (72, 74). La fourche (58) est montée pivotante autour d'un axe de rotation (66) perpendiculare au plan des éléments de guidage (46) et peut osciller, au moyen d'un système d'entraînement (68), entre deux positions terminales perpendiculaires entre elles.
