Abstract
(EN) Peptide analogues are provided with amino acid sequences of the corticotropin-releasing factor superfamily, but having at least one amino acid residue that has been replaced with a D-amino acid residue or a D-amino acid analog. For peptides having 40 resp. 41 amino acid residues, the fourth resp. fifth residue is a D-amino acid residue or analog thereof. The peptide analogues have anti-inflammatory activity while having a receptor selectivity and thus a disassociated ACTH response.
