Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine edelmetallfreie Katalysatorzusammensetzung, dadurch erhältlich, daß man a) ein wäßriges Gemisch herstellt, das i) ein Salz mindestens eines Nichtedelmetalls, ausgewählt unter Elementen mit den Ordnungszahlen 21 bis 32, 39 bis 42, 48 bis 51, 57 bis 75 und 81 bis 83; ii) Phosphationen; und iii) mindestens eine Stickstoffquelle umfaßt; und b) das so erhaltene wäßrige Gemisch einengt und die anfallende Katalysatormasse trocknet; sowie deren Herstellung und Verwendung zur Produktion von Wasserstoffperoxid sowie zur Epoxidation von Olefinen.
(EN) The invention concerns a catalyst composition which is free from noble metals and is obtained by: a) preparing an aqueous mixture which comprises: i) a salt of at least one base metal selected from elements having the atomic numbers 21 to 32, 39 to 42, 48 to 51, 57 to 75 and 81 to 83; ii) phosphate ions; and iii) at least one nitrogen source; and b) concentrating the aqueous mixture produced and drying the resultant catalyst compound. The invention further concerns the preparation of this composition and its use in the production of hydrogen peroxide and the epoxidation of olefins.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de catalyseur dépourvue de métaux précieux et s'obtenant par: a) préparation d'un mélange aqueux comprenant: i) un sel d'au moins un métal de base choisi parmi des éléments ayant les numéros atomiques 21 à 32, 39 à 42, 48 à 51, 57 à 75 et 81 à 83; ii) des ions phosphate; et iii) au moins une source d'azote; et b) concentration du mélange aqueux produit et séchage du composé catalyseur résultant. L'invention concerne également la préparation de cette composition et son utilisation dans la production de peroxyde d'hydrogène et l'époxydation d'oléfines.
