Abstract
(EN) A crimper assembly (10) for crimping a workpiece such as a hose fitting (84, 85) is disclosed. The crimper assembly includes a pair of tie rods (18, 19) of differing diameters which mount a lower stationary die carriage (11) and an upper movable die carriage (13). A central rod (30) is mounted on the movable carriage (13) and extends through a press bar (23). A driving force is applied to the central rod (30) by a cylinder (34) in one embodiment and by a tool, such as an impact wrench (92) in another embodiment. Die retainer plates (55, 58) are attached to the carriages (11, 13) and include guide slots (61, 62). Tongues (66, 69) are provided on flexible die set retainers (64, 67) which are received in the guide slots (61, 62). A spring biased disconnect plate (37) is slidably attached to the tie rods (18, 19) adjacent the press bar (23). When the disconnect plate (37) is moved to a disconnect position, the movable carriage can be moved upwardly for access to the flexible die set retainers (67) for changing individual dies (70, 71).

La sertisseuse comporte une paire de tiges (18, 19) de liaison de différents diamètres supportant un chariot (11) porte-matrice inférieur fixe et un chariot (13) porte-matrice supérieur mobile. Une tige centrale (30) montée sur le chariot mobile (13) s'étend à travers un sommier de pression (23). Dans une exécution, la force de déformation est appliquée à la tige centrale (30) par un vérin (34), et dans une autre exécution, elle l'est par un outil, par exemple du type clef à choc (92). Les plaques (55, 58) de fixation de la matrice, fixées aux chariots (11, 13) comportent des fentes de guidage (61, 62).
