Die Erfindung betrifft eine hydraulische Einrichtung zur Steuerung des Druckmittelflusses zu bzw. von einem mit einer Last (4) beaufschlagten einfachwirkenden Zylinder (3). Zwischen einer Pumpe (1) und dem Zylinder (3) befindet sich eine gesteuerte Ventilanordnung (5), die zusammen mit einem gesteuerten Schaltventil (9), das in der einen Schaltungsstellung Druckmittel zu einem Tank (2) zurückführt, den Druckmittelfluss zu bzw. von dem Zylinder (3) steuert. Um den Kolben des Zylinders (3) unabhängig von der Last (4), mit der er beaufschlagt ist, langsam mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit anzuheben, ist die Hintereinanderschaltung einer Drossel (6) und eines Rückschlagventils (7) vorgesehen, die die Ventilanordnung (5) umgeht. Eine Druckwaage (10) hält die Druckdifferenz über der Drossel (6) konstant und führt die Druckmittelmenge, die nicht für die Aufrechterhaltung der Druckdifferenz über der Drossel (6) benötigt wird, zum Tank (2) ab. Beim langsamen Heben der Last (4) ist die Ventilanordnung (5) in eine den Druckmittelfluss zu dem Zylinder (3) sperrende Stellung geschaltet, und das Schaltventil (9) sperrt die Verbindung zwischen der Drossel (6) und dem Tank (2). Die Erfindung eignet sich besonders für die Steuerung des Hubwerks einer mobilen Arbeitsmaschine, z.B. des Hubwerks eines Hubstaplers oder einer landwirtschaftlichen Maschine.

The invention concerns a hydraulic device for controlling the hydraulic-fluid flow to and from a single-acting cylinder (3) on which a load (4) acts. Located between a pump (1) and the cylinder (3) is a controlled valve array (5) which, together with a controlled on-off valve (9) which in one position allows hydraulic fluid to pass back into the reservoir (2), controls the flow of hydraulic fluid to and from the cylinder (3). In order to be able to lift the piston slowly and at constant speed in the cylinder (3), independently of the load (4) acting on the piston, the invention calls for a throttle (6) and a non-return valve (7) to be connected in series, by-passing the valve array (5). A pressure regulator (10) maintains the pressure difference through the throttle (6) constant and feeds the fluid not required to maintain the pressure difference through the throttle (6) back to the reservoir (2). When the load (4) is lifted slowly, the valve array (5) is switched into a position in which the flow of hydraulic fluid to the cylinder (3) is blocked, and the cut-off valve (9) blocks the connection between the throttle (6) and the reservoir (2). The invention is particularly suitable for use in controlling the lifting gear of a mobile machine such as a stacker truck or an agricultural machine.

L'invention concerne un dispositif hydraulique de commande de la circulation d'un fluide en direction/ou en provenance d'un cylindre hydraulique simple effet (3) sollicité par une charge (4). Entre une pompe (1) et le cylindre (3) est prévu un dispositif à soupape commandée (5) régulant l'écoulement du fluide vers le cylindre (3) ou en provenance de celui-ci, conjointement avec une soupape de commande (9) qui, en position de commutation, ramène le fluide hydraulique dans un réservoir (2). En vue de soulever lentement et à vitesse constante le piston du cylindre (3), indépendamment de la charge (4) agissant sur ce piston, il est prévu de monter en série une soupape d'étranglement (6) et une soupape de retenue (7) contournant le dispositif à soupape (5). Une balance de pression (10) maintient constante la différence de pression au-dessus de la soupape d'étranglement (6) et ramène dans le réservoir (2) la quantité de fluide hydraulique qui n'est pas nécessaire pour le maintien de la différence de pression via la soupape d'étranglement (6). Lorsque la charge (4) est soulevée lentement, le dispositif à soupape (5) est commuté en une position bloquant l'écoulement du fluide vers le cylindre (3), et la soupape de commande (9) ferme la communication entre la soupape d'étranglement (6) et le réservoir (2). L'invention est utilisée notamment pour la commande du système de levage d'un équipement mobile, par exemple d'un chariot élévateur ou d'une machine agricole.
