Die Erfindung betrifft verbesserte umwickelbare Separationselemente (10), ein geeignetes Umwickelverfahren sowie dafür geeignete Gehäuse (3) mit Zahnradgetriebe (14, 14', 15, 6). Das Umwickelverfahren gewährleistet, daß beim Umwickelvorgang kein zerstörend wirkender Zug auf den Separationsschlauch (17) des Separationselementes (10) ausgeübt wird. Das Separationselement (10) wird bei optimierten separationstechnischen Eigenschaften für den Umwickelvorgang zusätzlich dadurch stabilisiert, daß der Separationsschlauch (17) bereits in gekrümmter Form vorgefertigt wird und/oder die Achsenschlaufen sehr stabil ausgeführt sind.

The invention concerns improved coilable separation elements (10), an appropriate coiling process as well as an appropriate housing (3) with toothed gearing (14, 14', 15, 6). The coiling process ensures that during coiling no harmful tension is exerted on the separation tube (17) of the separation element (10). Together with optimised technical separation features, the separation element (10) is stabilized for the coiling process additionally due to the fact that the separation tube (17) is pre-formed already in a curved shape and/or the axial loops are effected in a very stable manner.

L'invention concerne des éléments de séparation enroulables perfectionnés (10), un procédé d'enroulement approprié ainsi qu'un boîtier approprié (3) avec des engrenages (14, 14', 15, 6). Le procédé d'enroulement garantit que lors de l'enroulement, aucune traction dommageable n'est exercée sur le tuyau séparateur (17) de l'élément de séparation (10). Parallèlement à des caractéristiques techniques de séparation optimisées, l'élément de séparation (10) est stabilisé pour l'enroulement en outre grâce au fait que le tuyau séparateur (17) est préfabriqué déjà sous forme arquée et/ou les boucles axiales sont réalisées de manière très stable.
