Ein elektrischer Schalter (11), insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, weist ein in einem Gehäuse (12) angeordnetes Bedienelement (13) auf, durch das ein Kontakte bzw. einen Schaltsensor (39) beaufschlagendes Schaltglied (14) betätigt wird. Um einen Schalter (11) zu schaffen, der an seinem Einsatzort und Verwendungszweck angepaßt ist, besitzt das Gehäuse (12) einen angeformten, ein Positionierelement (16) aufweisenden Ansatz (15) und eine am Gehäuse (12) befestigte, ein Lageelement (19) aufweisende Kappe (17), wobei zwischen dem Ansatz (15) und der Kappe (17) ein Freiraum (18) vorgesehen ist.

The invention concerns an electric switch (11), in particular a switch for motor vehicles, with a housing (12) containing a control element (13) which actuates a switching element (14) acting on contacts or a sensor (39). In order to be able to design a switch (11) suitable for its location and purpose, the housing (12) has an integrally moulded shoulder (15) including a positioning element (16), and a cap (17) with a bearing element (19) is attached to the housing (12), leaving a gap (18) between the shoulder (15) and the cap (17).

Interrupteur électrique (11), notamment pour véhicule à moteur, présentant un élément de commande (13) logé dans un boîtier (12), permettant d'actionner un élément de commutation (14) agissant sur un contact ou sur un détecteur (39). Pour qu'un tel interrupteur (11) soit adapté à son emplacement d'utilisation et à ses différentes applications, le boîtier (12) comprend un épaulement (15) moulé d'une seule pièce avec le boîtier, présentant un élément de positionnement (16) et une coiffe (17) fixée au boîtier (12), présentant un élément d'appui (19), un espace libre (18) étant ménagé entre l'épaulement (15) et la coiffe (17).
