Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Warmwalzen von Bändern aus unlegiertem oder niedriglegiertem Stahl, insbesondere ELC-, ULC- und IF-Stahl, in einer mehrgerüstigen Fertigstaffel, beginnend bei einer im Austenitgebiet des Stahls liegenden Temperatur und endend bei einer im Ferritgebiet des Stahls liegenden Temperatur, wobei die Gefügeumwandlung des Stahls durch eine Kühlung des Bandes zwischen Gerüsten der Fertigstaffel vollzogen wird. Kennzeichen der Erfindung ist, daß das Band bis auf eine Zwischendicke im Bereich von 2 bis 12 mm austenitisch gewalzt und dann zur Ferritumwandlung in einem einzigen Kühlschritt abgekühlt wird, worauf es ferritisch auf Endmaß gewalzt wird.

The invention relates to a process for the hot rolling of bands from unalloyed or low-alloy steel, in particular extra low carbon, ultra low carbon and interstitial free steel, in a multiple-stand finishing group, starting at a temperature in the steel austenite range and ending at a temperature in the steel ferrite range. Structural transformation of the steel is completed by cooling of the band between stands of the finishing group. The invention is characterised in that the band is rolled in the austenitic phase to an intermediate thickness ranging from 2 to 12 mm, is cooled for ferrite transformation in a single cooling stage, and subsequently rolled to size in the ferritic phase.

L'invention concerne un procédé de laminage à chaud de feuillards constitués d'un acier non allié ou faiblement allié, en particulier un acier à teneur en carbone très basse, à teneur en carbone ultra basse et exempt d'interstitiels, dans un groupe finisseur à plusieurs plages. Ledit procédé commence à une température comprise dans la plage austénitique de l'acier et se termine à une température comprise dans la plage ferritique de l'acier. La transformation structurale de l'acier est terminée par refroidissement du feuillard entre des cages du groupe finisseur. L'invention se caractérise en ce que le feuillard est laminé dans sa phase austénitique de façon à prendre une épaisseur intermédiaire comprise entre 2 et 12 millimètres, puis est refroidi pour prendre l'état ferritique en une seule étape de refroidissement, et ensuite laminé à sa dimension définitive en phase ferritique.
