Wäßrige Bindemitteldispersion und Überzugsmittel, verwendbar zur Mehrschichtlackierung, wobei die Dispersion erhältlich ist durch Umsetzung von I. 20 bis 97 Gew.-% Polyurethan(harnstoff)harz mit gegenüber einem Kettenverlängerungsmittel IV) reaktiven Gruppen, mit einer Molmasse (Mn) von 1000 bis 10000, und 8 bis 80 mEqu pro 100g ionischen, in ionische Gruppen überführbaren und/oder hydrophilen Gruppen, II. 0 bis 30 Gew.-% Polyesterharz mit einer Molmasse (Mn) von 500 bis 5000 gegenüber IV) gleichen reaktiven Gruppen wie in I), und III. 3 bis 80 Gew.-% (Meth)acrylcopolymer mit 0 bis 40 mEqu pro 100 g ionischen, in ionischen Gruppen mit gleicher Ladung wie in I) überführbaren und/oder hydrophilen Gruppen, mit gegenüber IV) gleichen reaktiven Gruppen wie in I) und II), wobei mindestens 50 Gew.-% von III) in Gegenwart von zumindest einem Teil der Komponenten I) und/oder II) hergestellt worden sind, mit IV einem oder mehreren Kettenverlängerungsmitteln, sowie Überführung in die Wasserphase.

Aqueous binder agent dispersion and coating agent which can be used for multi-coat varnishing, wherein the dispersion can be obtained through reaction of: I. 20 to 97 wt.% polyurethane (carbamide) resin with groups reactive to a chain lengthening agent (IV), with a molar number (Mn) of 1000 to 10000, and 8 to mEqu per 100 g ionic, convertible into ionic groups and/or hydrophilic groups, II. 0 to 30 wt.% polyester resin with a molar number (Mn) of 500 to 5000 with the same groups reactive to IV) as in I), and III. 3 to 80 wt.% (meth) acrylic copolymers with 0 to 40 mEqu per 100 g ionic, convertible into ionic groups with the same charge as in I) and/or hydrophilic groups, with the same groups reactive to IV) as in I and II), at least 50 wt.% of III) having been prepared in the presence of at least a part of the components I) and/or II), with IV. one or several chain lengthening agents, as well as conversion into the aqueous phase.
