Die Spritzgußvorrichtung weist eine Injektionseinheit (1) auf, die einen Spritzzylinder (20) und einen darin verfahrbaren Spritzkolben (10) aufweist. Der Spritzzylinder ist über einen im Spritzkolben angeordneten Füllkanal (12) befüllbar und über eine Abgabeöffnung (24) im Spritzzylinder entleerbar. Eine Mündung (14) des Füllkanals (12) ist von der Abgabeöffnung (24) räumlich und/oder thermisch getrennt. Dadurch besteht die Möglichkeit, das Material in der Abgabeöffnung auszuvulkanisieren.

The invention concerns an injection moulding device which has an injection unit (1) comprising an injection cylinder (20) and an injection piston (10) travelling inside it. The injection cylinder can be filled via a filling channel (12) arranged in the injection piston and can be emptied via an outlet opening (24) in the injection cylinder. An opening (14) in the filling channel (12) is spatially and/or thermally separated from the outlet opening (24). Thus there exists the possibility of the complete vulcanization of the material in the outlet opening.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de moulage par injection comportant une unité d'injection (1) comprenant un cylindre d'injection (20) et un piston d'injection (10) se déplaçant à l'intérieur de celui-ci. Le cylindre d'injection peut être rempli par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de remplissage (12) situé dans le piston d'injection et peut être vidé par l'intermédiaire d'un orifice de sortie (24) dans le cylindre d'injection. Une ouverture (14) du canal de remplissage (12) est séparée spatialement et/ou thermiquement de l'orifice de sortie (24). Le matériau peut ainsi être complètement vulcanisé dans l'orifice de sortie.
