Abstract

The invention is a multi-stage electro-hydraulic servovalve having a mechanical feedback between the valve's main stage (2) and pilot stage (4). The feedback mechanism makes use of an interconnected set of linkages (74, 82, 88, 96, 98, 116, 122, 66) that transform a linear motion of the main stage slide (6) into a rotative movement of a torque rod (66) that can produce a translation of the pilot stage slide (50). Many of the linkages of the feedback mechanism are located exterior to the valve's fluid boundary and feature readily adjustable connections (98, 102, 124) through which a user can adjust various parameters of the feedback such as the degree of gain and null point.

L'invention se rapporte à une servo-soupape électro-hydraulique à multi étages ayant un mécanisme de rétroaction mécanique entre l'étage principal (2) de la soupape et l'étage pilote (4). Le mécanisme de rétroaction met en oeuvre un ensemble interconnecté d'éléments de liaison (74, 82, 88, 96, 98, 116, 122, 66) qui transforme un mouvement linéaire du tiroir (6) de l'étage principal en un mouvement rotatif d'une barre de torsion (66) qui peut produire une translation du tiroir (50) de l'étage pilote. Un grand nombre de ces éléments de liaison sont placés à l'extérieur par rapport à la limite du fluide de la soupape et forment des connexions facilement réglables (98, 102, 124) au moyen desquelles un utilisateur peut régler divers paramètres du mécanisme de rétroaction tels que le niveau du gain et du point zéro.
