A chimeric protein wherein HI-8 which is the C-terminal domain of human urinary trypsin inhibitor (UTI) having a cancer cell metastasis inhibitory effect is bonded to a peptide containing the G domain of urokinase binding specifically to urokinase receptor expressed in a large amount in cancer cells.

L'invention concerne une protéine chimère dans laquelle HI-8, qui est le domaine de terminaison C de l'antitrypsine urinaire humaine ayant un effet inhibiteur sur les métastases cellulaires cancéreuses, est liée à un peptide renfermant le domaine G de l'urokinase assurant spécifiquement la liaison avec le récepteur d'urokinase exprimé dans une grande quantité de cellules cancéreuses.
