Abstract

Verfahren zur Deaktivierung der HIV und anderer Viren, welche eine hohe chemische Affinität zu mehrwertigen Schwermetallen haben. Die Virus-Proteine werden kationisiert und viruzid gemacht und ihre chemisch aktiven Amino-, bzw. Carboxylgruppen werden mit einem in der Spannungsreihe höherstehenden, einwertigen Kation der I. Hauptgruppe des 'Periodischen Systems' umreagiert. Das chemisch gebundene Schwermetall wird durch chemische Reaktion in eine schwerlösliche Verbindung übergeführt, vorzugsweise in einen 'Chelat-Komplex'. Die Anwendung in den angegebenen Konzentrationen eines einwertigen Metallkations in Form eines Carbonats oder Hydroxides ermöglicht die Kationisierung von Virusproteinen und die Deaktivierung von Viren, sowie die Aufhebung der Immobilisierung der Virus-Spikes von mit ihnen chemisch verbundenen Schwermetallen. Damit wird die Grundlage zur Heilung von Virusinfektionen verschiedenster Art gegeben und die Voraussetzung für die Herstellung von entsprechenden Impfstoffen geschaffen.

The invention concerns the deactivation of HIV and other viruses which have a high chemical affinity with multivalent heavy metal. The virus proteins are cationized and made into virucides and their chemically-active amino or carboxyl groups react with a monovalent cation of the first main group of the 'periodic system' that is higher in the electrochemical series. The chemically-bonded heavy metals are converted into a heavy solution through chemical reactions, preferably into a 'chelate complex'. The use of given concentrations of a monovalent metal cation in the form of a carbonate or hydroxide makes possible the cationization of virus proteins and the deactivation of viruses as well as the suppression of the immobilization of the virus spikes from the heavy metals chemically bonded to them. Thus there is the basis for the healing of virus infections of various kinds and the requirement for the preparation of corresponding vaccinal substances is created.

Procédé de désactivation du VIH et d'autres virus présentant une affinité chimique élevée pour des métaux lourds polyvalents. Les protéines du virus sont cationisées et rendues virucides, et leurs groupes amino ou carboxyle chimiquement actifs sont mis à réagir avec un cation monovalent du premier groupe de la Classification Périodique, d'ordre supérieur dans la série électrochimique. Le métal lourd lié chimiquement est transformé, par réaction chimique, en un composé de faible solubilité, de préférence en un complexe à chélate. L'utilisation, aux concentrations données, d'un cation métallique monovalent, sous forme d'un carbonate ou d'un hydroxyde, permet la cationisation de protéines virales et la désactivation des virus, ainsi que la suppression de l'immobilisation des pics de virus dans les métaux lourds liés chimiquement aux virus. Ceci constitue la base pour la guérison des infections virales les plus variées et la condition préalable à la fabrication des vaccins correspondants.
